Who I am

I am Danielle Sadhana, a somatic movement educator and coach. I run this website and the one-to-one work offered through it, including ReTurn to You.

I am the person responsible for the information collected here — in data protection language, the data controller.

If anything below is not clear, write to me and I will explain it in plain words.

What I collect

When you book a Clarity Call

Your name, email address and phone number, the time you chose, your timezone, and your answers to the short questions on the booking form. If you tell me your preferred way to be contacted, I keep that too.

When you write to me

Whatever you send — by email, through the contact form, or on WhatsApp.

When you become a client

The notes I keep about our work together, and the records needed for payment and invoicing.

When you visit these pages

Standard technical information: the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used. See Cookies below.

I do not buy lists, and I do not collect information about you from anywhere other than you and these pages.

Why I collect it, and on what legal basis

What I do with itWhy I am allowed to
Arrange and hold your Clarity CallTo take steps at your request before entering a contract
Deliver the sessions you booked and keep our working notesTo perform our contract
Send the confirmation and reminder emails for a call you bookedTo perform our contract
Answer a message you sent meMy legitimate interest in replying to people who write to me
Keep invoices and payment recordsLegal obligation
Measure whether my advertising reaches the right peopleYour consent, given through the cookie notice
Send you occasional emails about my work, if you asked for themYour consent, which you can withdraw at any time

About sensitive information

The booking form asks what is bringing you to this work. People sometimes answer with things that count as sensitive under data protection law — health, mental health, beliefs.

You do not need to. A sentence about what you are looking for is enough, and I would rather you left clinical detail out of a web form. Bring it to the call instead, where it belongs.

If you do choose to share something of that kind, I handle it only because you chose to share it with me, and only to prepare for our conversation and our work together. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

This work is somatic education and coaching. It is not psychotherapy, it is not clinical treatment, and I do not keep medical records.

Cookies

The ReTurn to You pages ask before anything optional runs. The first time you open them, a small notice lets you say yes or no. If you say no, nothing optional runs, and the pages work exactly the same.

Meta Pixel. If you say yes, these pages tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you opened and whether you booked a call. It lets me see whether my advertising is reaching the right people, and it means you may see my ads on Facebook or Instagram afterwards. You can also control what Meta shows you in your own Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

YouTube. The practice video on the thank-you page plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which does not store information about you unless you press play.

The booking pages run on Wix, which sets the cookies it needs to take your booking and shows its own cookie notice.

Who else handles your information

I work on my own, and I use a small number of services to do it. Each of them sees only what it needs:

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it of me.

Where your information goes

I live and work in Brazil, and the services above are largely based in the United States. So if you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, your information travels outside it.

Where that happens, it is because it is necessary to arrange and deliver the work you asked me for, and because you agreed to it by booking. The providers I use offer standard contractual protections for these transfers.

If you would rather your information did not leave your region, tell me before you book — I would rather have that conversation than surprise you.

How long I keep it

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask me to:

Write to me at dlokos@gmail.com and I will answer within a month. There is no charge.

If you are in the UK or the EEA and you think I have handled your information badly, you are entitled to complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. I would appreciate the chance to fix it first, but the right is yours either way.

Children

This work is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change matters, I will tell the people it affects directly.
