A 10-week one-to-one somatic journey
The feet. The spine. The throat. The belly. We move, draw, write and listen. Sometimes a part of your story comes with it.
If any of this feels familiar, the next step is just a conversation. Thirty minutes on Zoom. Free. Nothing to decide on the call.
Starts September 22

If you want a little more context before we meet, I made a short video about how the ten weeks actually work.

Celebrationnoticing what you want to carry forward
You may already have words for a lot of it. You've read. Reflected. Asked questions. Maybe you've been doing inner work for years.
And sometimes there is still a distance between what you understand and what you can actually feel. Or live. Or stay with when it is happening.
I don't think that means the insight failed. Sometimes understanding arrives first. The body asks for a different kind of attention.
If that feels familiar, we can talk about it. The Clarity Call is just a conversation about where you are and whether this work makes sense for you right now.
Thirty minutes. Free. On Zoom. Sometimes it isn't the right moment — and I'll tell you.
The journey
ReTurn to You is ten weeks, one to one. We meet online once a week. Just the two of us.
Each week, we stay with a different part of the body. Feet. Spine. Chest. Throat. We use movement, drawing, writing and stillness. Not to force meaning. To notice what is already there.
We move. We pause. We notice. Sometimes we draw. If something difficult shows up, we don't rush to make a lesson out of it. We stay close enough to listen.
Ten live sessions
One a week. One to one. On Zoom.
Four movements
Connect · Express · Embody · Celebrate
Between sessions
Small practices, recordings and writing prompts for your own days.
Connect
earth
We begin by arriving. Noticing what is here. What feels steady. What your body is already doing before we ask it to go anywhere else.
Express
water
Then we make a little more room. We move. Sometimes we draw. Sometimes something becomes clearer on paper than it did in words.
Embody
fire
From there, we stay curious about what wants to be lived, not only understood. A different way of standing. Speaking. Choosing. We try it slowly, and see what fits.
Celebrate
air
At the end, we look back. Not to declare the work finished. To notice what has shifted, what still feels alive, and what you want to keep returning to.
Another language
Sometimes the thing you can't say, you can draw.
That isn't a metaphor. We may move first, then put something on paper. And sometimes the page gets closer to what is there before the words do.
We don't try to work with everything at once. Each week gives us one place to begin. The map is your own body.
1
Self-portrait
Where you are now. Your body. Your story. Your inner landscape. We begin by seeing what is here, without needing to improve it first.
3
Feet and legs
Ground. Direction. Choice. The steps you've taken, and the ones you may be considering now.
5
Chest and heart
Closeness and protection. Tenderness. What you make room for, and what you guard.
7
Belly
What you take in. What you keep. What you let go. And the quieter voice of instinct, when there is space to hear it.
9
Self-portrait & ritual
We return to the self-portrait. Not to measure a before and after. To notice what you see now, and what you want to mark.
2
Spine
How you hold yourself. What supports you. How you meet the world. And what your posture may be saying before you say anything at all.
4
Arms and hands
Reaching. Holding. Giving. Receiving. Letting go. We notice what those gestures mean in your own body.
6
Pelvis
Vitality. Pleasure. Sexuality. Power. Not as ideas to get right. As experiences to meet in your own way.
8
Neck and throat
Voice. Need. Truth. What comes easily. What catches. What matters enough to be said.
10
Celebration
We close the ten weeks. We reflect. We honour what was here. And we name what you want to carry with you from this particular journey.
Between sessions
One hour a week is only one hour. I care just as much about what happens in the days around it.
So you leave each session with something small and specific for your own days. A practice recorded for you. A writing prompt. Sometimes a movement that takes four minutes. Not homework. Closer to a place to come back to.
And you're not on your own with it. If something opens up mid-week, you can write to me.
You've been doing inner work, and you're curious about meeting some of it through the body.
You can explain a lot of what you feel, but understanding it and being with it are not always the same thing.
You're moving through a transition and want to include more than your mind in how you meet it.
You want more room for creativity, expression, pleasure and aliveness — not only ways to manage stress.
You're open to a process. Something we stay with for a while, rather than a technique you use once.
You're looking for a quick answer. This isn't designed as one.
You want a workout or fitness programme. We move, but movement here isn't exercise.
You need clinical mental health care as your primary support. This work doesn't replace it.
You don't have room for a weekly session for ten weeks right now.
Not a workout. Not talk therapy. A somatic return to yourself.
Who you'd be working with
Hi, I'm Danielle. For more than twelve years, I've worked with people through movement, art and presence — in India, Thailand, Brazil, China and the United States.
I came to this work personally before I ever guided anyone through it. I know something about feeling disconnected. About carrying things without words. About wanting to feel more present inside your own life.
Somatic work is a broad field, and the word can mean many things. So I think it's fair to show you where my work comes from. These are the trainings behind it.

Closer in
A little more ground under you. A little more trust in what you notice.
More room to stay with a feeling without needing to solve it straight away.
More freedom to express what feels true — in words, movement, drawing, or making.
Further out
Maybe more ease. Or more honesty. In the way you are with other people.
Choices that feel a little closer to what actually matters to you.
More contact with vitality, pleasure, and ordinary moments of feeling alive.
None of this is a finish line. Ten weeks gives us a shape to work inside. What continues from there is yours.

You book a Clarity Call
Thirty minutes on Zoom. Choose a time that works in your timezone.
02
We talk
About where you are. What you're looking for. And whether this feels like the right kind of work for you right now. If I don't think it is, I'll tell you.
03
Then you decide
In your own time. Not on the call. You can sleep on it, think about it, and come back to me afterwards.
Is this therapy?
No. This is somatic education and coaching. We may work with emotion, sensation, movement and creative expression, but this isn't clinical treatment and it doesn't replace mental health care. If you're already in therapy, the two can sit alongside each other.
What if something big comes up and I'm left holding it on my own?
That's a fair thing to ask. Part of my training is learning when to slow down, when not to push, and how to close a session so you can return to your day. We don't open everything just because it's there. We work with what feels possible, and we keep checking.
What if my body has limitations?
There's nothing to perform here. Movement isn't about range, strength or doing something correctly. We adapt. If your body is in pain, tired, pregnant, or simply moves differently, tell me and we'll find a way of working that makes sense for you.
Does this work online?
Yes. Most of my one-to-one work is online. I also like that you're already in the room you return to when the session ends. There is no journey home afterwards. We finish, you take a moment, and you're already in your own space.
Ten weeks feels long. Or short.
Ten weeks gives us enough time to move through the whole map without making the work open-ended. It doesn't mean the work is finished in week ten. It means this particular journey has a beginning, a middle and an end.
Is this going to get spiritual?
Only as far as you want it to. There's no doctrine here and nothing you need to believe. We work with movement, art and attention. You can name the experience in whatever way feels true to you.
I've never done somatic work. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You don't need to know the language or arrive knowing what to notice. We start where you are. That's enough.
What actually happens in a session?
We move. We pause. We notice. Sometimes we draw or write. Sometimes we stay with one sensation or one gesture for a while. Each week gives us a part of the body to begin from, and we see what is there.
What timezone are you in?
I'm based in Brazil and work with people across the US and Europe. The booking page shows available times in your own timezone.
What if I need to miss a week?
We reschedule. Life happens. If something changes, write to me and we'll find another time.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Three payments of US$ 350, or €330 in Europe. If the timing of the payments is the part you need to talk through, bring it to the Clarity Call.
Eight one-to-one spots. Starting September 22.
